What does a QSE Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola? 

This is an administrative role supporting our Quality, Safety and Environmental (QSE) team. In this role you will provide reports, data, and program support for the QSE team, and various leaders throughout Swire Coca-Cola. The QSE team supports the quality of our raw materials through the finished product on our customers’ shelves, and the safety of our employees.

  • Support the QSE training program.  
    • Respond to inquiries, assign monthly training, upload training rosters and assist with general LMS duties. 
    • Assist the creation of new training content. 
  • Support data entry and validation of various QSE systems. 
  • Oversee the QSE team Outlook account. 
    • Directing emails, follow up correspondence, and various actions such as tracking of QSE programs and processes. 
  • Distribution / shipping various awards and supplies to Swire locations. 
  • Support updates to the Corporate Safety, Environmental and Quality management system. 


  • High School Diploma a minimum, with some college preferred. 
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical position required. 
  • Strong organizational, communications and arithmetic skills.  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) 
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business. 
  • Problem solving ability. 
  • Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
  • Travel may be required, up to 10%.
