The ASSP Utah Mentorship Program is off to a strong start, with nearly 30 participants joining the inaugural program.
Following additional outreach and support from ASSP Utah members, all mentees have now been paired with mentors. Introductory emails are being sent, with the official mentorship program set to begin in October.
The program is designed to foster professional growth, connection, and knowledge-sharing among safety professionals across the ASSP Utah community.
Organizers expressed appreciation to everyone who helped promote and support the program and look forward to seeing it grow and develop over the coming months.
